Returns And Warranty
Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from original store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the returned item. If it meets the requirements above, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Warranty is limited to original purchaser and covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from date of original purchase. Warranty is not valid if our inspection shows that the equipment has been subjected to negligence, misuse or accident, or if it has been tampered with, installed, or altered in any way. All products must be shipped to our address, freight prepaid. Email email@example.com with a copy of your dated sales receipt and a detailed description of the problem to initiate a claim.
To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
